It is often said that the eyes are the windows to the soul, and it is for this reason that women have paid close attention to how they are presented for centuries. Well defined eyes show them off to their full potential, whilst also balancing the face. Dating back to the ancient Egyptians, eye treatments have formed a core part of a woman's beauty regime, and so this can become a valuable element of your treatment menu. The eye treatments that this course will cover are: lash lifting and lash tinting.

This course will teach you everything you need to know about offering professional Lash Lift and Tint treatments and includes a practical training session and assessment.

This GTi course follows the National Occupational Standards and covers reception, consultation and ventilation. It also covers anatomy & physiology, contra-indications and contra-actions, skin conditions, preparing for treatment and the techniques for lofting and tinting of eyelashes.

The GTi Award is accredited by the Guild of Beauty Therapists, the UK’s leading professional beauty trade body.

The course is beautifully written and accompanied by images, video and a voice-over. Upon completion of the online theory modules, you will receive a PDF manual which you can refer back to. All modules and examinations are completed online with full online support available.

The technique modules will also be assessed by one-day assessment at your chosen practical training centre. On completion of the course, successful students will receive a GTi certificate which is acceptable for insurance purposes with The Guild of Beauty Therapists.

ENROLMENT DETAILS:

Once you have booked your training course and paid the enrolment and theory fee of £25 already included in the course price, you will be able complete the theory modules for the course online. We will send you an email within 48 hours with your student login details. 

Once you have completed the theory modules, a practical session code will be displayed on the final module which you must pass back to your tutor. PLEASE NOTE: You must obtain student training insurance before you can embark on the practical training.

When you have successfully completed your practical training, your tutor will pass you and a GTi Certificate will be available for you to download or purchase on your portal.
